Mr Isiuki-Julius Michael (JP) was born on 29th December 1962.
He hailed from(Agbo), Ika Noth-East in Delta State. 
He went through his Primary School at Government Demonstration Primary School, Surulere from 1966 - 1971 then, Eko Boy’s High School, Lagos from 1972 - 1976 and proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife from 1982 - 1985, where He obtained B.Sc Honours (Economics).
He was appointed into the Federal Civil Service as Temporary Auditor Grade II in the year 1989 from where He rose to the position of Director of Audit in 2017.

He has attended many professional training both at home and abroad.
Mr Isiuku-Julius Michael(JP) as a Professional Auditor is a Fellow Certified National Accountant (F.C.N.A), Associate Chartered Institute Of Taxation (A.C.I.T).

He’s happily married with Children.
